1. Choose Your Vehicle
Please browse our website’s vehicle listings and select the car that meets your needs. Contact us via the green button in the lower right corner. If you don’t find your desired vehicle, leave a message on the contact form at the bottom of our homepage, specifying the model and requirements. We will match your needs and provide a quote within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Quotation and Negotiation
We will send you high-resolution photos, detailed videos, and specification sheets of the vehicle via WhatsApp, email, or WeChat for your reference. Based on your preferences, we will provide either FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) quotes and address any questions you may have.
3. Confirm Pricing and Payment Terms
We support multiple payment methods, including:
TT (Telegraphic Transfer)
LC (Letter of Credit)
Bank Guarantee
Once both parties agree on the price and payment terms, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and a Sales Contract to ensure a transparent and standardized transaction.
4. Payment and Vehicle Inspection
The payment method and account details will be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice. After receiving the deposit, we will provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and detailed videos to lock in the vehicle and initiate the export process. Once the vehicle is ready for shipment, you can either inspect it via video or arrange an on-site inspection. After the inspection is approved, the remaining balance must be paid before the vehicle is shipped to the port of departure.
5. Vehicle Shipping Process
Upon receiving the final payment, we will arrange for the vehicle to be loaded into a container or onto a roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vessel two days before departure. We will send you photos and videos of the loading process. Within five working days of the vessel’s departure from China, we will provide a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). You can choose between telex release or original B/L delivery to stay informed about the shipping status.
6. Import Delivery and Customs Clearance
If you opt for our logistics services or customs clearance agents, our professional team will keep you updated on the delivery and arrival status of your vehicle. We will assist you with every aspect of customs clearance and delivery. If you have your own agent, we will coordinate closely to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.
